Cancellation Policy

CANCELATIONS Any appointment made must be cancelled with minimum 24 hours notice. This can be done by phone, text, email, social media message etc. If you do not show to your scheduled appointment, cancel with less than 24 hours notice or if you arrive to the appointment without having followed the pre-care advice, you will be required to pay a fee upon booking your next appointment with us. Missed Appointment Fee: 30 min Consultations - £20 1-2hr Full Treatments - £100 30min-1hr Essential Top Ups - £50 1hr Annual Top Ups - £50 You will be unable to reschedule your missed appointment until the missed appointment fee has been paid.
